Each week you take a set of synthetic encounters through the full cycle in the training EHR: verify eligibility, enter charges, scrub and submit claims, work rejections, post remittances and follow up on what did not pay. The simulated payers and clearinghouse respond the way real ones do, including rejections, partial payments and denials, so you learn to handle them before your first job depends on it.

4Professional billing operations (weeks 11 to 12)
- Reporting and key performance indicators
- Working with coders, providers and the front desk

Practical component
Weekly lab: a full cycle for a set of synthetic patients in the training EHR with simulated clearinghouse and payer responses, plus AR follow-up scenarios.
Assessment
Graded weekly labs, a practical midterm (submit and reconcile a batch of claims) and a final practical exam. Pass mark 75%.
Completion
Complete all labs, attend or watch all sessions, and pass the final practical exam. A Revelrex certificate of completion is issued.
