Most EMR training is a vendor video. This course puts you inside a working training EHR with synthetic patients and teaches the workflow, not just the buttons: how registration errors become denials, how a signed note becomes a charge, and how the billing team sees what you entered. You practice each role's tasks so you understand the hand-offs from both sides.

Who this course is for

Front desk staff, medical assistants, billers and coders who need to work confidently inside an electronic medical record, and trainees preparing for their first practice role.
