Terms of Use

Effective September 27, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Revelrex website and the client and student dashboards. Please read them before using the site.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website or any Revelrex dashboard you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the site on behalf of a practice, organization or employer, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What the website is for

The website describes Revelrex services and training programs, lets you request services, estimate costs, book calls, request training places, verify certificates, and, for clients and students, sign in to a dashboard. Services themselves are delivered under separate agreements (section 6).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to use, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without written permission.
  • Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to submit forms, collect content or place load on the site.
  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person or organization.
  • Enter protected health information or other patient data into public website forms or into the Revelrex training EHR.
  • Upload malicious code, or interfere with the site's operation or with other users.
  • Copy, republish or redistribute site content, training materials or Revelrex EHR without permission (section 8).

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these terms.

4. Information, estimates and outcomes

  • Website content is general information about Revelrex services. It is not legal, tax, coding or compliance advice for your particular situation.
  • Estimates produced by the calculator and the request tool are estimates only, based on the volumes you enter and standard rates at the time. Actual fees are set by the executed agreement and by actual volumes or applicable collections as defined there.
  • Nothing on this site guarantees a result. Reimbursement, denial recovery, credentialing approval, recognition decisions, timelines and financial outcomes depend on payers, program administrators, the practice's own processes and other third parties.
  • Descriptions of compliance programs, attestations and monitoring are limited to what Revelrex's documentation supports at the time of publication. Badges shown on the site reflect monitoring through a third-party platform and are not government certifications.
  • We try to keep the site accurate and current, but prices, program contents, course schedules and availability may change without notice. The rate in an executed agreement stays fixed for its term regardless of changes to standard prices.

5. Accounts and dashboards

  • Dashboard accounts are created by Revelrex for authorized client users and enrolled students. There is no self-service registration.
  • Accounts are personal. Keep your credentials confidential, do not share your account, and use a strong password. You are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
  • Notify us immediately at info@revelrex.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Client administrators are responsible for the users they invite to their practice account and for removing access when someone leaves.
  • We may disable accounts that are misused, inactive for an extended period, or no longer associated with an active engagement or program.
  • Electronic signatures applied in a dashboard are legally binding to the same extent as handwritten signatures, as permitted by the U.S. E-SIGN Act and applicable state law. Each signature records the signer, time and network address.

6. Client services

Services are provided under a Master Services Agreement, one or more Service Orders (statements of work) and, where PHI is involved, a Business Associate Agreement. Those documents govern the scope, fees, term, confidentiality, liability and termination of services. These Terms of Use govern the website and dashboards only; where they conflict with a signed agreement, the agreement controls.

7. Training programs

  • Training places are confirmed by Revelrex. Enrollment, attendance, refunds and certificates are governed by our Training and Payment Policies.
  • Training materials, recordings and assignments are licensed to the enrolled student for personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared, recorded, resold or redistributed.
  • Revelrex EHR training credentials are personal and give access to a synthetic environment only. Entering real patient information into it is prohibited and is grounds for removal from the program.
  • Certificates confirm completion of the stated program requirements. They are not a professional license or an industry credential, and Revelrex does not guarantee employment or examination outcomes.

8. Intellectual property

The Revelrex name and logo, "Protecting the Value of Care", website design and content, training curricula and materials, and Revelrex EHR (including its software, screens, synthetic data sets and documentation) are owned by Revelrex or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, reverse engineering of Revelrex EHR, or use of the marks, requires written permission. Content you submit to the site (for example a support ticket or a testimonial you authorize) remains yours; you grant Revelrex a license to use it for the purpose for which you submitted it.

9. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party websites and services (payer portals, program administrators, social networks, video meeting providers). Revelrex does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The website and dashboards are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revelrex disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Warranties for services, if any, are stated in the applicable agreement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revelrex and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, profits or data, arising from or related to use of the website or dashboards, even if advised of the possibility. Revelrex's total liability arising from use of the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability relating to services is governed exclusively by the applicable agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Revelrex harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or information you submit in violation of section 3.

13. Text messaging

Where you opt in on our contact form, Revelrex may send you SMS messages about your enquiry, appointments, agreements, invoices and support. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing. See the Privacy Policy for details.

14. Privacy and security reports

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to info@revelrex.com and give us a reasonable time to address it before disclosure. Do not access or modify data that is not yours while testing.

15. Changes to the site and these terms

We may change the site, suspend features or update these terms at any time. Updated terms are posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after that date means you accept them. Material changes affecting account holders are also announced by email or dashboard notification.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from use of the website that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Disputes about services are handled as the applicable agreement provides. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
